We take on remodels that go beyond cosmetic updates. On a recent project, we converted a dark, closed-in upstairs bedroom into a full loft by removing a load-bearing wall, demolishing an adjoining closet, and installing the structural supports needed to open the space safely. What was once a room with little natural light became a bright, open loft with a large window opening.
